The project consists on the design of eight exclusive villas, breaking off with the traditional structure of existing introverted and independent villas in the area. In contrast to this model, the idea is to understand the plot as a fluid green space and, inside this space, enter homes articulating an open place between public and private use.
To carry out this strategy, rigorous privacy control is necessary.
For ground floor is proposed a system of pieces, containing the day life rooms and opened onto the gardens, allowing spatial fluidity and hiding or showing the interested areas. All of the villas are formed by two of these pieces, leaving a clear space between them, which are the main entrance in each villa, generating a visual continuity with the inner courtyard.
The first floor, however, is introverted, a seemingly solid piece which rests on the ground floor pieces, drilled so that we can look from inside her, but in turn prevents to be seen from the outside.
The garage floor is much more than a basement, it is an open space, invaded by vegetation, where the access road combined to all households with recreational use linked to them, and all that overrun by courtyards that introduce light and vegetation.
Three layers (ground floor, first floor and basement) understood as three different worlds interrelated.
The project is to be executed in phases, allowing the autonomous use of housing in each of the construction phases
